Introduction to DMCA
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. law that provides a framework for addressing copyright infringement claims in the digital age. It allows copyright holders to request that service providers remove infringing content from their platforms. For non-U.S. businesses, similar protections are often referred to as Copyright Infringement clauses.
